Bheemeshwara Theertha, located deep within the Sharavathi Valley near Hosanagara, Shivamogga district, is a unique combination of pilgrimage and nature tourism. It features a sacred shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva (Bheemeshwara) set inside a cave, right next to a waterfall cascading from a rocky cliff.

Kavale Durga Fort, located near Thirthahalli in Shivamogga district, is a 16th-century hill fort built during the reign of the Keladi Nayakas. Perched on a steep hill at about 1,350 meters above sea level, the fort is surrounded by dense Western Ghats forests and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Varahi River and the Malnad landscape.

Kundadri Hill, located in Thirthahalli taluk, Shivamogga district, is a 3,200 ft high hillock in the Western Ghats, famous for its breathtaking sunrise views, dense forests, and historic Jain temple.

The Nagara Fort, located near Hosanagara in Shivamogga district, is a 17th-century hill fort that once served as a prominent stronghold of the Keladi Nayaka dynasty. Originally called Bidanur Fort, it was an important military base and administrative center.
